ant+ adapter and HRM

Has anyone used an ant+ adapter with the heart rate monitor strap? I have been reading that the Garmin app is not very good but I was also looking at the Digifit Connect and either a chest strap or the arm strap (Scosche myTREK Heart Rate Monitor). Any thoughts or opinions appriciated, Thanks :happy:

    I have a Garmin Forerunner 405 (watch with chest strap) which connects to the computer via a USB ANT adaptor.
    I'm not sure if this is what you are after but it works very well for me.

    I use a Garmin FR 610 with the ANT to download. Haven't had any connection problems with the ANT, nor problems with the Garmin Training Centre or the Garmin Connect site.

    I use an FR60 with the Ant stick and chest strap. I've had no problems at all with it. I love the website as well.
