That is interesting... I frequently remind myself that "I can't outrun a bad diet".
Having said that, I think there are many other benefits to exercise - not only for physical but for mental health too.
I find that my mood always improves when I exercise regularly but I've accepted that I have to be conscious of what I eat too, I can't just eat anything I want because I exercise.0
