have gotten side tracked a bit

I have been slacking a little when it comes to my calories and my workouts only hitting the gym 1-2 days a week. Well no more of that I have to get it together or as my husband calls it gym junkie mode. I have a goal to meet and a time frame to do it in.
I will be at the gym tomorrow thats for sure-

Oh by the way I decided to change my goal weight too. Lets see if I can meet it by August. People can drop 20lbs in 12 weeks lets see if I can drop my weight in 8 months since my weight is so stubborn and I have to beat it off with a stick.
