Struggling to recover after running.

My basic training is:
Mon: strength (10 mins cardio for warm up, 40 mins free weights, 20 mins abs)
Tue: cardio (30 mins run, 10 mins bike, 20 mins cross trainer)
Wed strength
Thur: cardio (as above - or a body conditioning class if I need someone else to motivate me)
Fri: strength
Sat: cardio (try for a longer run than previously)
Sun: strength
I always drop one of these days a week for a rest day (just whenever it works out to be because of childcare etc)
The Tuesday and wednesday after I run I am shattered - even if I have a energy type drink I am still exhausted and feel really drained. It makes it hard to function, I'm that tired. My brain even struggles. If I don't run again on Thursday (like I didn't today) I am starting to feel more like myself but if I run again Thurs I am again shattered for another 2 days. Again on the Saturday.
I am hoping to increase my running (currently do about 5km in the 30 mins and that is as long as I can atm) so don't want to stop or decrease but wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why I might be suffering so much after running? I'm not in any pain, just physically exhausted.
I eat 1,900 everyday (sometimes a little over) and work on a basic 40, 30, 30 but I'm not to the letter on this - it's just a guide. I do eat clean about 80% of the time.
Any thoughts? Or is this just normal while I increase my fitness? xx

You're feeling physically exhausted because...you are physically exhausted (you can call me Captain Obvious).
You're over reaching with too little recovery and probably inadequate calories (can't really tell without your full stats)
If your running is your primary goal I would drop one (or even two of the weights session) and replace them with rest days. A full body weights routine twice a week will be enough to maintain your current base while you focus on improving your running performance.
If you're still whacked then eat more calories.0
