Looking for folks trying to eat 40/40/20 macro

I am looking for people who can advise on eating 40% protein 40% fat and 20% carbs macro WITHOUT supplements, just plain clean food. I find it very hard to get the proper ratio. I am just starting out with this. I hope to get some lean muscle while losing the fat I have left. Currently I am doing bodyweight workouts every other day and running almost everyday, plus occasional other workouts. I don't want to get bulky, just gain lean muscle.

Any advise on how to get more protein without ending up eating meat only? (No supplements advise please) Any other advise appreciated as well :)
