    Just found out that eating Chicken (especially chicken breast) is equivalent to eating white bread...so no more need for it!

    eggs, plain fat free greek yogurt, sandwich thins, lean low sodium deli turkey, spinach, part skim ricotta cheese, skim milk, grapes, bananas, apples, tuna, white meat ground turkey, turkey cutlets, chicken breast, potatoes, black beans, whole grain pasta, fat free milk, water, fiber one cereal huy fong srirancha hot chile sauce.

    sliced organic turkey and rye bread (in the freezer) = easy, yummy lunches!

    tofu and soy sauce (quick protein)

    baby carrots and frozen peas (steamed with a bit of butter) = easy veggie

    earl grey tea and milk (a nice evening ritual)

    Oooh good question. Mine would have to be....

    Low calorie butter
    Semi-skimmed milk
    Porridge Oats
    Tuna
    Eggs
    Bread (I can't live without my bread but find brands at around 100 calories a slice)
    Salad = Lettuce/Cucumber/Tomatoes at minimum.
    Popcorn (to dry pop in the microwave)

    These are all awesome...
    I also love cauliflower.. don't think anyone put that. It's way good in all sorts of ways.
    I've never had hummus before... so.. Idk about it.
    And I have no idea what quark is.
    Love the ideas though (: most listed I agree with and have as well.
