Just found out that eating Chicken (especially chicken breast) is equivalent to eating white bread...so no more need for it!0 -
eggs, plain fat free greek yogurt, sandwich thins, lean low sodium deli turkey, spinach, part skim ricotta cheese, skim milk, grapes, bananas, apples, tuna, white meat ground turkey, turkey cutlets, chicken breast, potatoes, black beans, whole grain pasta, fat free milk, water, fiber one cereal huy fong srirancha hot chile sauce.

I also love cauliflower.. don't think anyone put that. It's way good in all sorts of ways.
I've never had hummus before... so.. Idk about it.
And I have no idea what quark is.
