Can someone PLEASE check out my diary?? need help!

Okay so when I first started trying to lose weight, it was falling off it seemed. I lost ten pounds in the first month, and then 10 more over the next three months. Since April, I have only lost 4 pounds... and I havent had a loss since July! I'm getting really frustrated here and would love some help! I work two jobs, one's an office job where I sit all day and ones waitressing. I still try to get a workout in, but that's why there are so many "to go" type lunches and dinners... anyways, some advice would be appreciated! I am 5'1" and 124 pounds, trying to get to 115. Thanks :)

I only looked at a few days and will respond with the advice I tend to see from others ... you are not eating enough. Try eating all of your calories for a few days to a week and see what happens. You may be in starvation mode and need to kick start your metabolism. Also you are quite close to your goal now so weight loss will be slower, you are not technically at a plateau cause its only been 2 months of a stall not 3. Don't despair, you will get there just keep it up.
  • I agree with eating more.
  • everyone says the mfp and machines say you burn a lot more than you do.. thats why i dont eat all of my exercise cals back.. i dont own an hrm.

You are definitely not eating enough and especially when you are exercising. That little red warning you get when you eat under 1200 is there for a reason. I seldom eat back exercise calories because I have thyroid disease and my metabolism is slow but there is not a reason in the world for you to eat under 1200. Hope I didn't come across as judgmental cause not trying to do that but to bring to your attention that you don't want to starve yourself.

Put your weight loss to 0.5 pounds a week. Eat your exercise calories. Never eat bellow your BMR. Patience
