Confused about tracking calcium on MFP

According to this link - http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/nutrition/vitamin/vita-d-eng.php - my recommended dietary allowance for calcium is 1,000 mg per day.

The default daily target on my MFP tracker is 100. I've been looking around the site, but can't seem to find anything that tells me what that number means - i.e., is it 100 mg? Or 100 of some other unit of measurement? It's probably right in front of me, but I'm just not seeing it, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it!

The 100 stands for 100% of the RDA, so 1,000mg. I usually aim to get 200% per day because of my family history of bone density issues.

Go to "My Home" then "goals", then select "change goals" and "custom" you can see better details of what the numbers mean and change them to whatever you want your goal to be.
