Headache while lifting

I've noticed when I do a exercise like bench press leg press the lower left part of my head will start to feel like a headache after i stop lifting it goes away in like a minute would anyone have an idea of what it is

Sounds a lot like a tension headache. It comes from tensing or straining the muscles that span from the back of your neck up to the back of your skull. Try to focus on relaxing and lengthening the back of your neck as you lift. It's hard to get the hang of, but it helps to think of "relaxing upward." in your upper back and neck as you make the effort to lift.0

otc muscle relaxers can help with this if it is tension headaches naproxen sodium is one becareful tho as they can evolve to have the symptoms of migraines dizzy spells blurry vision etc0

I would try drinking more water and doing a proper warm up if you are not already.0
