Vegetarian lean protiens

Hey there! I am trying to eat lean protien with every meal (6/day) and would like some advice on ideas for lean protien sources that are not meat based. I do eat meat, but I certainly don't want to eat it six times a day. I have been eating 0% greek yogurt, egg whites, and I do eat cottage cheese (but it is not my favorite). Other non-meat sources of protien seem pretty high in fat or carbs. Any thoughts?
