Hello,
Have used the myfitnesspal before, about two years ago & find it a great way to log all my food intake & stick to my goals.
Back again but this time I feel different about loosing weight as I have just turned 48 so am worried about my health more than ever, I am sick of not feeling confident to go swimming with my kids as a family because of my size, I'm 21st 6lbs & 6ft 4 tall so need to loose a lot. I have managed to loose a stone in 2 1/2 weeks but as before the first week I always loose loads then it slows fast so most of that would be water.
Any hello to you all and reading your posts does not make me feel so alone.
