Need some advice

Hey MFP!
I once again need some advice. Due to weather conditions and holiday stuff I cant get to the gym for my normal 5 day a week work out. I'm looking for a home work out program that I can do when I dont get to the gym and on the weekends. Doesnt have to be a video but any home excersises are appreciated too! Thanks again!

    I think you can find 30 Day Shred (levels 1 and 2) on You Tube. I also like some of the Biggest Loser dvds and Turbo Jam if you want to buy something.

    General stuff like lunges, squats, situps, push ups are usually what I do when I don't have anything else around. I also will bundle my daughter up in her stroller and take her for walks (no snow here). When there is snow we go out and play and that burns a bunch of calories if you run around enough.
