What counts for water consumption?

I drink two Trenta size green teas from Starbucks everyday (that's 30 oz each one)...and I don't really drink plain/regular water. Can I count those 60 ozs of tea as water consumption?

Sure. You've lost 86 lbs. You can do whatever you want. Well done!
Actually the answer depends on who you ask. Some folks are purists and say you can only count water. Pure distilled water presumably. If you want to read some of their opinions, you can Search for 'Water Consumption' on Message Boards. But I would do whatever has been working for you so far. Rock on.

I definitely count my green tea as water! If it's just tea leaf infused water, it counts. The bottled, sugary stuff...not so much lol0

I'd count it.0
