Calorie Deficit Consistency

Hey folks,
This is partially a follow up to my previous post, but seeing how it feels like another issue entirely, may as well make another thread.
Namely, as I stated before, I lately been leaving calories left over from my goals every time. Essentially, according to my goal, I'm not eating enough. The goal calorie intake I'm asked for is 2130 at the moment for weight loss, that's not including exercise calories. Even with exercise, and keeping consitent on my diet, I usually get a net average of 1900 calroies a day, that includes a decent balance in other nutrients.
Even with exercise accounted for, and calories subtracted, I still walk out with a deficit of around 300 - 400 calories. I'm curious just to how big an issue this would be, or if these numbers are dismissable for now.

I think that this is something that should be handled on a case by case basis. Given your stats, I don't think an intake of 1900 is unreasonable but it IS on the low end. Not low enough that I'd be overly concerned.
What your goals and training are, would play a big factor in this as well. If you're lifting weights and trying to end up somewhat muscular in the end picture, then I'd suggest increasing intake a bit.0 -
Its more along the goals of getting back to a controlable weight, rather tham making a muscled shape, but I'll keep that in mind if I feel like I want to go that route.
For now its more about getting weight down to 200lbs, and keeping it there for now. I don't mind being big, just unhealthily big gives me reason to act.0 -

If you're comfortable eating at that intake I really don't see it as a deal breaker. Stick to it.0
