Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum but not to working out. I'll tell a little about me. I've tried various methods only to lose motivation a short bit in and stop. I'm a stay home mom that homeschools. My days are busy but that's ok because idle hands aren't good. I love to read, crochet, bake, and just spend time with my family.
I need to get healthy for myself. That's the biggest motivation. I've gotten tired of not being able to keep up with my children. They seem to have a limitless amount of energy and I just have none. I would like to be able to play with my kids again.
I have been logging my activities and what I eat, every bit of what I eat. I've tried keeping a journal before and did so for about two weeks, but I started forgetting or misplacing it and eventually stopped. The plan is to stick with it.
I do hope someone would like to help motivate me and I will do the same for you, preferably women, sorry guys just not that comfortable. If this post manages to get posted in the wrong place, sorry, my computer has a habit of doing that and I'm not sure why. Talk soon.

I'd be happy to be your buddy. Add me! I'm new to this round of the journey as well. 3 kids at home and a full time job keep me running from 6am-10pm, but I'm motivated! I want to be a healthy family and set good examples... I love me some food, so now I need to love me some control over food, and some sweat as well!
