Non-numerical weight loss/fitness goals

1. No more back rolls!
2. Thighs don't touch
3. No belly hanging over pants/no muffin top
4. Legs and abs so toned I can't wait to jump in a swimsuit
5. Thinner, more sculpted cheeks

    love it!!! Those are all the things that I want and I love that you didn't put weight on there.
  • I agree with you. I'm wanting all those too. I want my arms to be thinner so that when I wear short sleeve shirts in the summer my arms don't looks like big blobs...

    Everything you listed plus...

    1. i want to be able to slip on a pair of jeans, a tshirt & flip flops and not have to evaluate how much fat is hanging out every time.
    2. I want to be able to do ANY daily activity without becoming winded.
    3. I want to be able to do anything I want without thinking about how I will look doing it.
