changes ?

vacation booked for my 33rd birthday ... would like to lose an extra 10lb by then - but as it's only 7 weeks away, that means more than 1lb/week. If i set my profile to 1.5lb/week, I still have a baseline of over 1500 calories ...

i am 5'7", currently weigh 181.5, starting weight was 190.

thoughts/suggestions/similar stories?
