Belly Question

I want to make this clear: I am *NOT* asking about spot reduction. Nor am I dissatisfied with my progress. I'm just curious about other people's experiences.

For those that do/ did have a substantial amount of weight to loose from their midsection (IE- there's overhang and/ or a lot of protrusion), when did you start noticing it going down during your weight loss journey? It's been slowly deflating for me at the top and today is the first day I'm noticing that it's smaller at the bottom. I'm about 2 months in.

What has everyone else experienced? Did you find that it was the first thing to go or the last thing?

Again, I'm very happy with my progress! I just want to know about yours, too! :)

    I am losing so slowly that I don't see any real progress anymore. I seem to lose in waves from my extremities in so the last thing to go is a little of my stomach.

    I just grab handfulls of spare flesh and it does not seem to go away. So perhaps I am not the best person ask since I have some severe problems in this area.

    This is the first time I'm using a trainer so it is very different this time around. That being said, my sides tapered nicely first then my tummy as a whole had been shrinking. We still have some jiggle in the middle but the change is quite noticeable.
