Stress vs. Staying Focused

First and foremost I would like to say that MFP has really been a major part of my journey and I am thankful for all of the help and support that I have found here.

I just wish that my stress levels were as supportive and helpful...

So without detail, I have been going through a life changing situation that has me stressed to my all time high. The problem that I am having the most is that I am so focused on my situation, that my focus doesn't seem to be able to be pulled away for anything else. And in the last two and a half months, I have gained back almost 7 pounds. I need some suggestions, on how to find a great routine and to be able t onot let stress take over my life.

I am looking forward to seeing the scale numbers decrease again.
