I am new, but not to the diet/fitness world lol!

Well, here i am...i am catherine, age 31 (just) and I would love get some hints and tips from any of you fantastic people on my journey ???? i want to shift 8 stone eeek! Doing circuit training twice a week, brisk walking and core work and am aiming to eat 1600 cals a day (but not killing myself if i have more than that) i live in the uk ????

    Hi Catherine!! Sounds like you have a great plan. Not sure how much 8 stone equates too in lbs (and guess I'm just to lazy to google it..lol) but you can do it. I've only been actively using MFP for about 10 days but it's a great community with lots of support. I look forward to seeing your progress on my newsfeed!!!
