I'm almost there so I thought I'll share my sucess as well.

I started out with 232lbs in April this year and I'm down to 175 as of today.

Your SW and CW are almost identical to what I am working with. Any pointers? I am doing JMBR right now while and following the calorie choice for 1 lb/week that MFP set for me, though I seemed to have stagnated I think. My losing has slowed some I am not sure why. Last nite was the first time that I was in the red in a long while. My diary is open!

What is JMBR? I'm following the MFP calorie choice for 1.5 pounds/week. I usually come in under that goal (like 1400 calories)
I struggled also with a standstill twice for each 10 days, however I'm travelling a lot and had a hard time keeping up with excersise and regular food as well during that time, so I blamed it on that.
