Okay, so i've been thinking about different ways to keep me motivated and decided that I would start posting weekly results straight onto the message boards for all of my fittness pals to see! I hope this will keep me motivated and motivate others at the same time! I will name them all "Jamie is losing it - week ##" . Hopefully ya'll will follow along in my weightloss journey with me! I will be weighing in on Fridays becuase it'll get me through the weekends easier
