In the past two years I've had many problems with weight loss but here and there had successes. The only real success I had was when I was on this plan on MFP and not on a specific thing like Medifast/WW. I tried both, and just tried Medifast for the second time. My problem is that I couldn't stick to it. I know that sounds like a quitter but it was hard with my lifestyle of giving up things I love, and carbs. I was also reading about when you do Medifast people gain the weight back.
I just feel kind of stupid because I just recieved my food yesterday and sent it all (for the most part) back today. I just didn't think it was worth the money and the attempt. I was trying it out with my left over food from the first trial. Am I the only one in the world who has done something like this? I just feel silly.
I'm going to try what worked for me before, which is this. I just worry I won't have success and I feel so fat. Sorry I'm being a debbie downer, I just feel silly for this whole thing.

One of my biggest fears is failure, particularly failure to keep going with healthy eating and exercise. But you know what, if you don't try you'll never know and that's the real failure. Don't have any expectations and try to enjoy the journey - taking care of yourself will improve your self esteem and sense of achievement and will flow into all areas of your life. Thats what makes you feel successful - weight loss is a bonus. Good luck.0

I don't think you're a failure. I think it was *smart* to send the food back. It's so expensive, and you said yourself you lost weight through MFP. Save the money you would have spent on Medifast and use it to buy groceries. You'll learn to make the right choices in time, and it's so much better to cook for yourself because you can experiment.0

Don't feel stupid! Like the poster above said, it was smart that you caught yourself before you started again. Saved a ton of money and you can do what works for you. Best wishes to you!0

Thank you everyone for the support. I'm definitely going to need it.
I need to lose 50-60 pounds and it seems like it's going to take forever. I just got engaged, too, so I want to feel pretty and look my best on the big day.
