Hi all! My name is Karissa, and I made a MFP account a few months ago but never got into it. Now however I am very excited about this endeavor. You see, my meds for bipolar disorder have made me gain around 20-30 pounds in the past year that I've been on them. As I am only 19 years old this is very distressing! So I am hoping MFP will be able to help me lose the weight!
