Hi! I am Dixie

Hello you guys,
I am on here to keep track of the days I am losing in my weight loss goals. It seems I have struggled a long time and the only time I have ever been successful is when I am extremely conscious of what I eat and I am very Active. So I am gonna put all my food in here and make a commitment to myself to spend more time at the gym. Fall is coming and that tends to be my best time for weight losing! I have tried HCG before and lost quite a bit of weight, but I have a few pre dispositions that causes my body to not be as efficient as should be. So basically I really need to maintain a healthy active lifestyle and having like minded peeps to engage with is probably a great idea :)
