I am in need of a dozen or so quick 5 to 10 min breakfast meals. I am fine with pre-preparations the night before as well to make it possible to cook/reheat in 5 to 10 min.

Currently, I have a list of great protein/oatmeal shakes, omelets, hot oatmeals, McDonald's ham mcmuffin, and Subway morning melts. I am getting burned out with theses.

Please post your quick healthy breakfast ideas with ingredients and steps.

Take out two pieces of bread and put them in the toaster. Smother with peanut butter. Slice up some fruit.

Do you have a calorie allowance for breakfast?

Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, english muffins, toast, fruit, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, shakes.

Today I had an egg and cheese on an english muffin.

Two of my go to breakfasts are pretty quick and both are from the P90X nutrition guide.

Smoothie. You can vary the amounts for the calorie intake you need.

    Banana (for me 1 whole)
Frozen Strawberries (for me 1 cup)
Milk (skim in the book, but I use almond milk and 1 cup)
Protein Powder (I use two scoops)
    Ice (1 cup)

    Scrambled egg:

    Egg Whites
    Spinach
    Roma Tomato
    Green Onion
    Feta Cheese

I use 6 egg whites, about a cup of spinach, a single serving of low fat Feta. The tomato and green onion you can adjust. Again vary for calories. Basically though put spinach, tomato and green onion in pan (if you are including fats in your diet you can use some EEVO). Warm that up a bit and then put in your cheese and egg whites.

You can always chop up a supply of the veggies so they are ready to go.
