How many cal. do you log for 30ds?

I know it's going to be a range as we all burn differently. I want to log safely and not overestimate. Just curious what you are logging it or if anyone has a better way of estimating. I do not have a heart rate monitor. thanks in advance!

I logged it as,"circuit training, general," before i got a HRM.0

I am doing the ripped in 30 days dvd and log it as general aerobics, moderate. it give me 248 cals for 30 mins.0
