I have just joined MFP but up until last Monday have been running 6-9km 5 days a week and practising 90 minutes of hot yoga 4 times a week. This week I had surgery and got the hardware taken out of my ankle, which I got put in last year after breaking my fibula, and am now unable to exercise on my feet and run etc. Does anyone have any good videos or workouts they follow that I could incorporate into my day so I don't lose shape in the next 6 weeks?

Pilates may be good for you. You can also do seated boxing for cardio. Most weight training can be adapted to a non-standing position as well, just watch your form. Good luck!0

if you go to gym/have weights at home you can do arms, triceps, shoulders, chest etc...that should keep you in some form of shape...0
