looking to lose grad school weight - anyone else?

Hello,

So I'm at the end of my grad degree and I'm looking to lose what I've been referring to as my "dissertation baby weight." A number of my friends have legitimately gained weight having babies, but I've gained almost as much just sitting and writing and stressing out and not exercising for the past .... ummm... several years. My naturopath (who is great) has said that I have adrenal fatigue from prolonged stress and my doctor has informed me that I have untraceable amounts of testosterone (hence stubborn belly weight, lack of muscle tone and lots of other fun stuff).

I have not been stellar to my body during grad school so I"m looking to eat better, exercise and learn to destress and hopefully lose weight and be in good shape.

Would love to meet other people on here both grad students and regular people too!
