Wedding Anniversary dinner

Hi all,

It's my 10th wedding anniversary today

And also day 3 of better choices and exercising... I am so scared because I know I am going to go over calories for today. I am having a very light eating day and saving up as many calories for tonight --- I keep thinking I should not worry about it because it is a big anniversary and I should enjoy dinner and dessert with hubby

But at the same time I am doing really well and I dont want to blow it so early in my quest

Also, it's friday and weekends suck big time for me. I always blew it on weekeneds in the past and I am scared this is gonna happen again?

Any ideas on how to conquer these hurdles?

Hubby and I go out for a meal every few weeks and I never put on any weight.
It's only a big deal if you make it a big deal - you just have to look at the menu and make smart choices.
We normally share an entree, then for mains I usually try to choose something that doesn't have a lot of fattening stuff, such as creamy sauce. I usually also have a few glasses of wine, then we share a dessert.
As long as you make sure you do some exercise the morning after, plus eat really well the day of the meal out, plus the few days after, you will be fine
