Fun ways to fit in exercise?

Hey guys, I absolutely love exercising and I enjoy it (almost) always! But sometimes I find myself bored with the same old thing, how do you guys fit in your exercise? Would love to hear it!

  • I like to switch it up. I find I get bored with the same video or trainer in the video. So I like a mixture of:
    30 Day Shred
    C25K
    Bob Harper's Kettlebell DVD
    Cleaning around the house
    Yoga
  • I've had friends recommend picking a song and picking a workout and challenging yourself to do as much as you can in that time (ex. how many jumpingjacks, etc in a 3:30 min song). Might be adding this to days I have class as im wicked strapped for time.

    I usually go to my Leslie Sansone walking videos or the Yogamazing podcast for some flow and power yoga in under 30 mins.

    There are a few things I want to try (ex. I've heard about HasFit on youtube and checked it out quick but havent done any of the vids yet)

    my bike lives on my trunk... when I am driving I often find myself saying "Oh I want to ride this" and I do...

    I like to park in the parking lot 0.9 miles from work rather than in the garage...

    I often stop at one of my fav trails on the way home and ride it....

    there is a park 3 mile round trip from my house... 30 min to ride there and back... with serious hills :)
