Allergy shots?

Anyone ever had them. Is it worth it? If you had asthma related to it, did it help as well?

It made me feel tired and awful no matter how they tried to adjust the serum. It was almost as bad as a flu shot. I did better finding the foods I was intolerant of in my diet and removing them. Much less allergy and breathing trouble. Hope you feel better. The shots do help some people, but my allergies were pretty severe.
