    you look great I started at 276 and and in 5 mouths i have lost 51 pounds do not know how much more I am going to lose but I am 6'2 and am 54 years old

    Great work, and you are so cute!
    Can I ask how tall you are? In the past I was a chubby 130lb but could maintain that or so I thought, then life happened. I am starting me journey around 153 and my goal is 130. I would like the 128 like you but from past experience I know it is very hard for me to maintain 125-128.
