I have never tried a protein powder before. I have tried pre packaged protein shakes and they did not taste good. I couldn't even drink a full one.
I have been looking around and i'm thinking about getting the bsn lean dessert powder. I want lean mussel. I do not want to be bulky by any means. I am also vegetarin so at times i have trouble getting enough protein.
Anyone tried the bsn dessert powder - did you like it ?
What do you normally mix the powder with ?
Are there any negative side effects to using protein powder ?

I get plain whey, has 1 ingredient = whey and mix it with water.
obviously if you cant stomach that you can add fruit, blend and make a smoothie
e.g bananas, mixed berries .. etc depending on if it fits in your with cals
lots of recipes online0 -
also no side effects with whey. check what other ingredients are in any brand of protein.
dont believe in the scaremongering.0
