Jamie Eason. Did you see results? How long it took?

I am at the end of week 7 of Jamie Eason's Lifefit trainer, (exactly half of the program), and I haven't lost a single pound since I started. I stick to my calories, currently 1700 (from which I take 500 off from breastfeeding), trying to keep up as much as I can with protein intake. I keep saying to myself, "Well Phase 3 is supposed to make you lean, so...stick to it". And I keep at it, day after day (or...night after night actually).

Is Phase 3 the one where you really see changes in Body weight? Does it really make a difference Phase 3? How long did it took for you to see changes? Any tips you find useful?? I know it is the same topic as always, and I usually know all the answers myself but for some reason I feel quite down and I don't really know what to do anymore.

  • I am not following this program, but I am on a similiar journey. It has affected me to the point where I hit got very down and been a bit lazy in eating and working out this week, I have still worked out, just not enough in my opinion.....

    Anyway the weight comes off in lumps for me, lol if that makes sense.....I will lose 6-7lbs all of a sudden, then plateau for what seems like forever (its actually months) and then lose again, this is sooooo frustrating and sometimes as it has this week makes me lose focus for a short time. BUT the pay off is, the beautiful shape of my body now, muscles in my arms, legs and bum :) that were never there before, being strong and fit and able to do things I have never been able to do in the past :) PATIENCE is what I keep telling myself because deep down I know its true :)
