I took some time off from actually logging my calories, and have done good maintaining the weight I've already lost, but now it's time to get back to logging and get the rest of it off. I'm feeling good about keeping the weight off for a year and a half, but I've got to get back into the habit of writing things down again and not just trying to keep track in my head (too many other things to remember!). It's been harder since I went back to work this summer, but I know it's not impossible.
