Hi just though i would come on and see what this is all about. I just started on diet talk and someone suggested this...so here i am.I am trying to loose 14lbs.I exercise daily but have quite a bad relationship with food...suffering with eating disorder for many years. hopefully this time i wil do it the healthy way...I live in aberdeen if anyone else is up here lol
