Not sure about exercise calories earned.

I fully understand the Net calories situation and by eating back my calories i am maintaining my actual deficit for steady weight loss ect. I promise I fully understand and support that whole thing. BUT the last few days I feel like it gives me too many calories and I use them to have that extra treat at the end of the day. Im not hungry for extra calories. They just seem to come in handy for those little indulgences . I lowered my net calorie goal this morning so if you look back over the past few days I have probably gone over. since i just changed it this morning. Anyways what do you all think? Is lowering my net a good idea or should I just indulge those extras a litle? Or just not eat them since I am not actually hungry for more?
