Til my cruise to the Bahamas...and I need some advice.

From your personal experience, what exercise regime has worked best for you to see results in that amount of time?

I do have access to a gym and I have done everything from Zumba to Turbo Fire to 30 Day Shred.

Just want to see what has worked for everyone else when you have a goal to look better in a time frame.

    Warning: Different things work for different people of course...

    Does your gym have fitness classes? If so, my advice would be to take as many as possible for the next 6 weeks. They are high intensity and the group dynamic pushes you hardest- IMO.

    Make sure you add cardio as well. 12 minutes a day minimum.
