I need help. Serious help. When I get sad/ depressed (which I was diagnosed with depression 5 years ago) I just do nothing. I eat, and I sleep. My body feels too weak to work out. But then I feel like **** when I don't. This is the thing that has ALWAYS beaten me whenever I try to get into shape.

How do I push past it? Seriously. I want to be fit and healthy, but can't seem to find it in me...

99% of a healthy lifestyle comes from a healthy mind. You can't do it if you haven't made up your mind to do it no matter what. There's too many obstacles and distractions to weight loss/healthy living. It's kinda like being an addict. You have to choose for yourself that you are determined to not let anything or anyone stop you....not a bad day, not feeling weak, not depression, nothing.
When you get to that point, you will discover that being healthy in body often makes you not so sad & depressed anymore. It makes you proud of yourself for your accomplishments.
My favorite quote is: "If it is important to me, I will find a way. If not, I will find an excuse."
You can do it. If you need some motivation, friend me & I'll verbally kick your butt if you need me to.
