On MFP I track my calories, fat, protein, fiber, and sodium. I always try to keep my sodium levels low even though it does not really effect my weight gain or loss much (i have found).
The thing is I sometimes use regular table salt with my foods, so should I even bother tracking sodium since I'm probably taking in more than shows up with foods? Would it be better to track my calcium or something else?

:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: salt intake has more to do with health issues like high blood pressure and heart health than it does with actual weight loss. I am extremely careful with salt intake. I don't use table salt and a avoid processed foods. I rarely eat in restaurants. If you are not concerned about sodium, then don't track it.0
