Help

Anyone have any ideas for the best exercises to do to tone my upper back. I have a dress that I can get done up but only to my bra area it won't go any further. Help

    If you just strength train your back guess what happens....

    You build back muscles without burning a whole lot of calories. We all know girls don't get bulky but guess what will happen if you ONLY train your upper back and still have a high body fat percentage. You are going to feel your back has gotten thicker.

    Eat right, at a deficit
    Using "heavy" weight, strength train your entire body.
