Feeling Grumpy on Friday

So 3 of my friends and I are doing MFP together. I want to punch them in the throat. One has lost 6 pounds in the past month, and the other has lost 3 pounds. Me? In a month, I have lost 1.1 pounds. Sigh.
I know it is slow. I know. But when they are start whingeing, I really can barely restrain the throat punch urge. I guess the first week where most people shed a couple isnt going to happen to me. Boooo! I just want to say good bye to the 180s!!!
Sigh. Rant over.

Perhaps doing a boxing workout and invite them - then you'd have a "reason" for punching them. I'm all about the justification...
As for the weight, that's when you have to decide if your purpose is to lose weight or increase fitness (or both). Try adding some non weight related goals... number of pushups in a minute, number of pull ups, highest jump, fastest speed for running/sprinting a certain distance.0
