Jump start weight lose

Hi everyone,
What are you all doing to jump start your weight lose. I'm struggling with losing. I've changed my eating habits drastically and I've started exercising again. It's very frustrating to get on the scale and not see a difference at all. I haven't gained but I haven't lost either. I'm trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions would help I need a boost.
