Hey. I am new to my fitnesspal.

I have had other accounts in the past but always end up not sticking with my diets for some reason. I want to have a healthier lifestyle. Which is hard because my husband and I love food. Especially really unhealthy foods. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and I really want to lose at least 30 lbs and maybe even more. I want to mainly talk to girls around my age. I am 21 years old. So 18-25 would be cool. Please add me and message me and if you have any tips or anything foods that are good to try please let me know :)
