logging exercise without hrm

My hrm is broken and as this is what i would use to log cals burned can you tell me how accurate mfp is with walking calories?im off tomorrow to a country show so will be doing quite a lot but i dont want to over estimate too much!!

    MFP does tend to overestimate so I would just eat 50%-75% of your exercise cals back to be safe.
