butt and thighs?

Ok i know you have to lose weight to shrink your butt and thighs but what are some things i can do to help shrink them...any input would be great!

It's just overall fat loss. You can make the muscles more efficient and stronger, but you can't target an area for fat loss. To improve overall fat loss, do heavy weight training and minimize cardio.0

I just walk - really fast - for 45 minutes a day. My legs, hips, and butt have gotten thin and hard. Best thing ever.0
