Looking for any and all veg*n Quinoa Lovers to chime in with EZ Recipes and Ideas.

I - for one - have LOVED Quinoa for YEARS - but eventho it's becoming more popular LOTS of people still have questions and need recipes! Here is the place to go Quinoa-Crazy Folks!

    One of my all-time FAVES is Dreena Burton's "Vicki's Quinoa Hummus Casserole" from Vive Le Vegan!

    I'm not veggie or vegan I'm afraid, but I've recently started to love quinoa. Find it a b*gger to cook though, all that rinsing and draining of teeny tiny grains and them getting stuck to the colander... If you have any tips I'd be truly grateful.

    Because of this I tend to get it ready cooked in vacuum packs, sometimes on its own, sometimes the ones mixed with lentils and beans - then all I have to do is heat it up. More expensive that way :grumble: but very convenient!

    Never used it in an actual recipe - tend to just have it with a chopped up avocado or some roasted veg.
