New to the group.

Hi, I am new and I am Yudora. I am not dieting but I am actually changing my eating habits to even better ones than before. I am practicing portion control and incorporating more consistent exercise. My goal is to lose 25-30 lbs. So, it is nice to meet everyone.

    Welcome! Changing our diets and make good food choices sounds easy, but can be very challenging.
    It is a tough task to change the way we have been doing things for years.
