Annoying new body parts

Now that I have lost weight, I find my collar bone is very annoying when I am driving. Anyone else have newly discovered body parts that are bugging you?? I also find when I sleep on my arm, my annoying tricep muscle bugs me. :smile:

    I discovered some muscles in my lower back and sides that I didn't know existed after doing deadlifts. They were sore for days!

    Don't know how to say it.......So Ill just say it's a lot harder to run. I have bruises on my thigh. I have to remember to wear compression shorts at all times.

    my elbows are very pokey now, they hurt after typing a while or when I rest my head on my hand at my desk lol

    Now that I have less cushion for the pushin I find sitting on the bleachers at football games to be a little uncomfortable.

    yes, I absolutely hate that third arm that started growing since I started eating "clean". I can't find shirts that fit right anymore.

    I swear someone put bones in my butt when I was sleeping one night cause they were never there before. Now I have a hard time sitting on benches or hard chairs, man o man someone didn't think that thru.

    I put one arm under my pillow and lay on it. Then my other hand goes under my hip. Super strange, I know!

    My waist is dropping but my thighs and calves are growing. These new bigger muscles are making the task of getting smaller pants harder - do I go with ones that fit my waist and strain at the sides when I sit down, or go a few inches bigger and hope that the belt keeps them from falling down?

    You buy pants that fit the largest part of you and get them tailored to fit the smallest part of you.

    Knees. I have to put a pillow between my legs when I sleep at night because my knee caps knock together and hurt - BAD! I also can't sleep on my left side anymore because it hurts my hip bone.

    LOL welll I thought it was weird when I could see all kinds of bone structure and anatomy now. I can practically see the food, well I can really tell when my tummy is full and it's annoying. I can tell when the muscles and what little fat is left is filled with water. I'm much more in tune with my body. Now that I'm used to it it's not so annoying and it's kind of neat.

    Enjoy it.
